Deleting your data
You can remove everything you've shared with Lost Paws Malta at any time. Here's how.
Posts you made on the website
Open the private link we emailed you when you posted, and choose Remove this post. The post, its photos and its messages are deleted.
Lost the email? Get your private links again by entering the email address you posted with.
Messages sent through Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp
When you message our Facebook Page or WhatsApp number, we keep your message, photos and your Messenger or WhatsApp ID only to make a draft post for you. Drafts you don't publish are deleted automatically after 7 days.
To delete everything straight away, send the word DELETE in the same chat. We remove your drafts, photos and any posts made from them at once, and reply to confirm. Or email lostpawsmalta@gmail.com and we'll do it as soon as we can, and always within a month.
Anything else
For helper profiles, help requests or anything else, email lostpawsmalta@gmail.com from the address you used, and tell us what to remove. See our privacy notice for what we keep and why.
